USER MANUAL

The CH-360T is a professional-grade dry heat sterilizer designed for compact workstations. By utilizing high-velocity thermal energy, it effectively eliminates 99.9% of bacteria and pathogens on metal tools. Unlike steam autoclaves, dry heat requires no routine cleaning of water tanks and will not dull your sharpest blades.

2. Control Panel & Indicators

  • Temperature Knob (Left): Rotate to set the desired heat level ($0^{\circ}C$ to $200^{\circ}C$).

  • Timer Knob (Right): Rotate to set the sterilization duration ($0$ to $60$ minutes).

  • Green Indicator (Power): Lights up when the unit is connected and the timer is active.

  • Red Indicator (Heating): Lights up when the internal heating element is actively warming the chamber.


3. Operating Instructions

  1. Prep: Wash and completely dry all metal tools. Placing wet tools inside can cause oxidation or damage the heating element.

  2. Loading: Place tools on the removable stainless steel tray. Do not overlap tools to allow the $360^{\circ}$ heat to circulate.

  3. Seal: Close the top lid firmly.

  4. Set: * Set the Temperature Knob (Recommended: $180^{\circ}C - 200^{\circ}C$).

    • Set the Timer Knob (Recommended: $20 - 30$ minutes).

  5. Sterilize: The Red light will come on. Once the target temperature is reached, the light may cycle on and off as the internal thermostat regulates the heat.

  6. Cool Down: When the timer dings, turn the temperature to zero. Wait at least 10 minutes before opening. Use the included rings to lift the hot tray out.

5. Important Safety Warnings (Strict)

  • METAL TOOLS ONLY: DO NOT place plastic, wood, rubber-handled tools, or liquids inside. This unit will melt or ignite non-metal materials.

  • NO WATER: This is a dry heat system. Never add water to the chamber.

  • Heat Hazard: The exterior and the tray become extremely hot. Always use the pull-rings or heat-resistant gloves to handle the tray.

  • Ventilation: Do not cover the vents on the sides of the unit.


6. Maintenance & Care

  • Unplug: Always disconnect from the power outlet when not in use.

  • Cleaning: Once the unit is completely cold, wipe the stainless steel interior with a dry cloth to remove any residue.

  • Placement: Keep the unit away from flammable curtains or paper during operation.
