The FY-9180 is a professional-grade UVC sterilization cabinet designed for high-traffic salons, clinics, and offices. Utilizing dual 254nm + 185nm UV lamps, it delivers a 99.9% disinfection rate by combining direct UV-C radiation with Ozone gas to reach every corner and crevice of your tools.

2. Control Panel & Operation

The unit features two independent mechanical knobs for precise control:

  1. Timer Knob (Upper): Rotate clockwise to set the duration (Max 60 minutes).

  2. Mode Selector Knob (Lower):

    • UP: Activates only the top UV lamp.

    • DOWN: Activates only the bottom UV lamp.

    • UP & DOWN: Activates both lamps for maximum 360° sterilization intensity.

    • Vertex/Center: Power OFF.

  3. Auto Shut-Off Safety: The internal sensor will instantly turn off the UV lamps if the glass door is opened during a cycle to prevent skin or eye exposure.

4. Maintenance & Safety

  • No Liquids: Ensure all items are completely dry before placing them inside. Never use this unit for liquids or food.

  • Loading: Use the two included stainless steel grid shelves to separate items. Do not stack items too densely; leave space for the Ozone gas to circulate.

  • Cleaning: Wipe the interior stainless steel and glass with a dry, soft cloth. Unplug the unit before cleaning.

  • Lamp Care: Avoid touching the UV tubes with bare fingers. If the lamps become dusty, wipe them gently with an alcohol swab when cool.
