It combines high-intensity UV-C radiation with a digital touch-control interface for precise and effortless hygiene management. This "Cold Sterilization" system is perfect for sanitizing all tool types, including heat-sensitive plastics, rubbers, and delicate instruments.

2. Smart Control Panel Guide

The JL-206 features a modern touch-sensitive interface:

• Digital Display: Shows the remaining sterilization time in minutes.

• Power/Start Button: Press to turn the unit on or begin a cycle.

• Plus/Minus Buttons (+ / -): Use these touch sensors to increase or decrease the sterilization duration in 5-minute increments.

• Blue LED Indicator: Confirms that the UV lamp and Ozone generator are currently active.

3. Operating Instructions

1. Preparation: Clean and dry your tools thoroughly. UV light is most effective on clean, non-reflective surfaces.

2. Loading: Place instruments on the internal stainless steel racks. Do not stack or overlap tools; ensure the UV light can reach the surfaces of every item from all angles.

3. Set Timer: Use the (+) and (-) touch buttons to select your time.

   • Recommended: 30–45 minutes for full professional sanitation.

4. Auto-Safety Feature: The JL-206 includes a built-in safety sensor. If the door is opened during a cycle, the UV bulb will instantly shut off to protect your eyes and skin. The timer will pause and resume once the door is closed.

5. Completion: When the countdown reaches "00," the unit will alert you, and the light will turn off. Your tools are now sterile and ready for the next client.

4. Maintenance & Cleaning

• Unplug First: Always disconnect the power cable before cleaning.

• Reflective Walls: Wipe the interior mirror-finish walls with a dry micro-fiber cloth weekly. Dust on the walls reduces the reflection of UV rays.

• UV Tube Maintenance: Avoid touching the bulb with bare hands (oils can reduce lifespan). Wipe the tube gently with an alcohol swab when the bulb is cold. For maximum germicidal power, replace the bulb every 12 months.

• External Body: Use a mild disinfectant or glass cleaner on the exterior and the tempered glass door.

5. Important Safety Warnings

• Direct Exposure: Do not stare at the UV bulb while it is active. The door is designed to block radiation, but the safety switch is your primary protection.

• No Liquids: Never place liquids or soaking-wet items inside. This is a dry sterilization system.

• Stability: Place the unit on a flat, stable tabletop. Ensure the ventilation vents on the sides are not obstructed.
