Open the package and remove the foot/hand masks from the packaging.Put each foot into a bootie or sock and secure it around your ankle using the adhesive strip or tape provided.Wear the foot/hand masks for the amount of time specified on the packaging (typically between 20-30 minutes).After the recommended time has elapsed, remove the foot/hand masks and discard them.Massage any remaining serum or solution into your feet/hand and allow it to fully absorb.
