Sterilization: * Ensure your metal tools are clean and completely dry.
-
Insert the metal tips of the tools vertically into the hot glass beads.
-
Leave for $30 - 60$ seconds.

-
Uniform Heat: The beads surround the tool tips, ensuring every surface is exposed to $250^{\circ}C$ heat.
4. Maintenance & Cleaning
-
Daily Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the plastic housing with a soft, damp cloth. Never submerge the unit in water.
-
Bead Replacement: Replace the glass beads every 3 to 4 months of regular use, or sooner if they become dirty or discolored.
-
Internal Tank: Occasionally empty the cold beads and wipe the aluminum tank with a dry cloth to remove any dust.
5. Important Safety Warnings (Strict)
-
METAL TOOLS ONLY: Only use this for $100\%$ stainless steel or metal tools. DO NOT insert plastic, wood, or tools with rubber/plastic handles into the beads, as they will melt instantly.
-
NO LIQUIDS: Never add water, oil, or any other liquids to the tank.
-
Burn Hazard: The glass beads and the inner tank reach $250^{\circ}C$. Never touch the beads with your skin while the unit is on.
-
Unplug: Always turn off the switch and unplug the device at the end of the business day.
