2. Operating Instructions

  1. Preparation: Place the unit on a flat, heat-resistant surface.

  2. Add Beads: Pour the glass beads into the aluminum inner tank. The tank should be filled to approximately $80\%$ capacity. Never turn the unit on without glass beads inside.

  3. Power On: Plug the device into a wall outlet and flip the red power switch. The indicator light will turn on, and the heating process will begin.

  4. Heating Phase: Allow the unit to heat up for $10 - 15$ minutes to reach the optimal sterilization temperature ($250^{\circ}C$).

  5. Sterilization: * Ensure your metal tools are clean and completely dry.

    • Insert the metal tips of the tools vertically into the hot glass beads.

  6. Removal: Pull the tools out. Warning: The metal ends will be extremely hot. Allow them to cool on a sterile tray before use.

  • Internal Tank: Occasionally empty the cold beads and wipe the aluminum tank with a dry cloth to remove any dust.

5. Important Safety Warnings (Strict)

  • METAL TOOLS ONLY: Only use this for $100\%$ stainless steel or metal tools. DO NOT insert plastic, wood, or tools with rubber/plastic handles into the beads, as they will melt instantly.
