2. Control Panel Guide
The digital interface allows for precise control over the sterilization cycle:
-
Power Button: Turn the main unit ON/OFF.
-
Drying Button: Activates the 85°C constant-temperature heating system to remove moisture and warm towels.
-
UV/Ozone Button: Activates the 185nm UV lamp. Note: Ozone is generated naturally by the 185nm wavelength to reach areas light cannot touch.
-
Timer Display: Shows the remaining time for the selected cycle.
-
Indicator Lights: Confirms which functions (UV or Drying) are currently active.
3. Operating Instructions
-
Placement: Place the unit on a flat, stable, and dry surface. Ensure there is at least 10cm of space around the vents for airflow.
-
Loading: Place clean, damp towels or pre-cleaned tools on the stainless steel trays. Do not overstuff the cabinet; ensure air can circulate between items.
-
Start Cycle: Close the tempered glass door firmly. Press the Power button, then select your desired mode (Drying, UV, or both).
-
Completion: Once the timer reaches zero, the unit will beep. Open the door carefully, as towels and tools may be hot (up to 85°C).
4. Why "Triple-Action" Sterilization?
-
UV Light (185nm): Directly destroys the DNA/RNA of microorganisms on the surface of tools.
-
Ozone ($O_3$): As a gas, ozone penetrates the fibers of towels and into the hinges of tools where UV light cannot reach.
-
Heat (85°C): Effectively dries towels to prevent the growth of mold and mildew while providing a luxury warm-towel experience for clients.
5. Maintenance & Safety
-
Daily Cleaning: Wipe the interior stainless steel walls with a soft, dry cloth after the unit has cooled to remove any condensation.
-
UV Lamp Care: Do not touch the UV bulb with bare hands, as skin oils can reduce its lifespan. Wipe the bulb with an alcohol swab if it becomes dusty.
-
Water Tray: Check and empty the bottom water collection tray regularly if you are drying damp towels.
-
Safety Lock: The UV light will automatically shut off if the door is opened during a cycle to protect your eyes and skin. Never stare directly at the UV light.
6. Important Warnings
-
Compatible Items: Suitable for towels, metal tools, and UV-resistant plastics. Do not place flammable items or non-heat-resistant plastics inside.
-
Unplug: Always disconnect from the power source when cleaning or when not in use for extended periods.
-
Ventilation: Ensure the side vents are never covered during operation.
