WX-12C Professional High-Temperature Sterilizer

The WX-12C is a professional-grade dry heat sterilizer designed for beauty salons, nail studios, and barbershops. By utilizing high-temperature infrared heating, it effectively eliminates bacteria and pathogens on metal instruments that can withstand high heat, such as stainless steel scissors, nippers, and tweezers.

2. Control Panel Guide

The front panel features two primary control knobs:

• Temperature Control (Left Knob): Set the desired sterilization heat. For full sterilization, a setting between 180°C and 200°C is typically recommended.

• Timer Control (Right Knob): Sets the duration of the heating cycle.

• Indicator Lights: * Power Light: Confirms the unit is connected to electricity.

  • Heating Light: Indicates that the internal infrared heating elements are active.

3. Operating Instructions

1. Preparation: Wash and thoroughly dry all metal tools. Placing wet tools inside can cause oxidation or rust over time.

2. Loading: Place tools on the internal stainless steel tray. Ensure tools are not piled on top of each other so heat can circulate evenly.

3. Start Heating:

   • Close the glass door.

   • Set the Temperature Knob (e.g., 200°C).

   • Set the Timer Knob (e.g., 20 minutes).

4. Sterilization: The heating light will turn on. Once the target temperature is reached, the light may flicker as the thermostat maintains a constant heat.

5. Cool Down: When the timer dings, turn off the temperature knob. Wait at least 10–15 minutes before opening the door, as the tools and internal chamber will be extremely hot.

• Metal Tools Only: DO NOT place plastic, wood, or items with rubber grips inside. This unit reaches temperatures that will melt or burn non-metal materials.

• Unplug After Use: For safety and to prolong the life of the heating elements, always unplug the unit at the end of the day.

• Cleaning: Wipe the interior with a soft, dry cloth once the unit is completely cold. Avoid using water or liquid cleaners inside the chamber.

• Surface Safety: The exterior of the cabinet will become warm. Do not place flammable items on top of the unit during operation.

6. Important Warnings

• Burn Hazard: Always use a tool tray or tongs (if included) to remove items. Never touch the interior walls or tools immediately after a cycle.

• Voltage Stability: In areas with power fluctuations, we recommend using a voltage stabilizer to protect the electronic components.
